Band Camp!

Band Camp is coming up very fast. Be sure to click on the "Marching Cavaliers" tab, and download the necessary forms and the Handbook. These forms and Handbook need to be read, completed, signed, and turned in to Mr. Buchroeder by Monday, July 23.

As a reminder:
Freshmen Camp (Freshmen and Section Leaders only): Friday, July 20, 7 am - 12 pm
Pre-Camp: Monday, July 23 - Friday, July 27, 7 am - 12 pm
Band Camp: Depart from CHS Sunday, July 29 @ 1 pm
Friday Night Showcase: Friday, August 3, at Rio Grande University
Ross County Fair Performance: Wednesday, August 8
Post-Camp: Monday, August 13 - Friday, August 17, 7 am - 12 pm

Check the "Calendar" tab for times for sectionals during Pre-Camp and Post-Camp, as well as other upcoming events.

Marching Band Fees:
To better facilitate communication between the Booster Treasurers and parents, the Treasurers will be available from 6 - 8 pm on Tuesday and Thursday during Pre-Camp to accept payments for this season's fees. Families of students are assigned to either day alphabetically. Please make every effort to attend on your scheduled day. If you are unable to attend during your assigned time, you may come during the other time. In this event, please give at least 24 hours notice to the Director via email: chillicothehighschoolbands@gmail.com

A breakdown of the fees can be found under the "Marching Cavaliers" tab. Please e-mail the Director with your name, instrument, grade, and polo shirt and mesh short sizes, ASAP. Members who have the Disney polo from the trip do not need to buy another shirt. NOTE: The shirts tend to run small. If you are in doubt, opt for one size higher than normal.
